As Managing Partner and Executive Recruiter at DWS ProSearch, Frank brings over 20 years of expertise in executive recruitment and leadership across multiple staffing sectors. His impressive career includes nine years as Vice President at a national staffing firm, where he managed staffing offices and key on-site clients throughout the Northeast. Frank’s skills extend beyond recruitment, with years of experience aligning professionals in Sales, Marketing, Administration, HR, and Accounting roles with client needs, consistently building lasting relationships with both candidates and employers.

With a comprehensive skill set in sourcing, interviewing, hiring, coaching, employee relations, and leadership, Frank understands that successful hiring goes beyond matching qualifications. He takes the time to understand the unique goals and needs of both clients and candidates, ensuring tailored solutions for even the most complex hiring challenges.
